How your price is determined
Each tier is purely a price bracket: the tier whose MRR range contains your apps’ total MRR is the one you pay for. There are no feature gates: Free includes every report, Slack notifications, GA4 traffic insights, unlimited apps, unlimited history and unlimited team seats, exactly like the top tier.
Your billable MRR is a 3-month average, computed with exactly the same reconstruction your Recurring revenue report uses, so the billing number can never drift from the number on your dashboard. A single unusual month won’t bump you a bracket.

When your MRR outgrows your current bracket, the app shows an upgrade prompt with the recommended tier. You move up one bracket at a time, only when your revenue does.
All listed prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Paddle calculates any applicable tax for your country and adds it at checkout, so the total you see before paying is final.
The App Store plan
App Store rank tracking has its own optional plan, independent of the analytics tiers:
- Free: follow 3 apps, 3 keywords and 3 categories
- App Store plan ($9.99/mo): follow 20 apps, 20 keywords and 20 categories
- Included at no extra charge with every paid analytics tier; if you're on a paid tier, the standalone $9.99 subscription won't renew
Checkout, invoices, cancel & resume
- Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record: Paddle handles cards, VAT/sales tax and issues your invoices, which are downloadable from the in-app Billing page
- Cancel any time from Billing. The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you can resume it any time before then
- Only organization owners can change billing
