Usage & overageEvery tier includes a monthly custom-events allowance: 500 on Free, 50,000 on Tiers 1 to 4 and 250,000 from Tier 5 up. Beyond the included amount, ingest keeps flowing only when you opt in to usage billing from your Billing page, so overage is never a surprise charge. Uptime monitoring works the same way: 1 monitor on Free, 5 on Tiers 1 to 4 and 20 from Tier 5 up, with extra monitors at $1 per monitor per month (excl. VAT), prorated daily and only billed after an owner enables them.

Your price is set by your apps' total MRR: a 3-month average of exactly the same MRR your Recurring revenue report shows, so the bill can never drift from the dashboard.

Your MRR picks the tier
Each tier is just a price bracket. Under $1,000/mo you pay nothing; as your apps grow, you move up one bracket at a time, from $15/mo at $1k MRR.

Q1How do you measure my tracked MRR?
From the Shopify Partner API data we already sync for your analytics. Your price tier uses a 3-month average of exactly the same MRR your Recurring revenue report shows, so the bill can never drift from the dashboard.
Q2How do payment and invoicing work?
You pay by card and the subscription renews monthly. Our merchant of record is Paddle: Paddle runs the checkout, issues your invoices and receipts, and handles VAT and sales tax for your country.
Q3Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Billing page in one click. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your workspace moves to the Free tier. Nothing is deleted and your history stays intact.
Q4What happens when my MRR outgrows my bracket?
We ask you to move up to the tier that matches your new MRR, one bracket at a time. The product never changes: every feature stays included on every tier, only the price follows your size.
Q5What are custom events, and what if I exceed the included amount?
Custom events are your own product events sent to our ingest API and explored alongside billing data. Free includes 500 events per month, Tiers 1 to 4 include 50,000 and Tier 5 and up include 250,000. Beyond that, ingest pauses unless you opt in to usage billing from your Billing page.
Q6Is the App Store plan part of the analytics tiers?
It's a standalone $9.99/mo subscription that raises your App Store follow limits from 3 to 20 apps, keywords and categories. Every paid analytics tier already includes it for free, so you only need it on its own.
